Designed in the 'When Tulips Meet' printed twill. Frills, florals and cute cut-outs. A statement spring/summer dress featuring tiered ruffle sleeves, and a long tiered skirt. This tulip print dress also features a unique ribbed ribbon detail in the skirt to show some skin. We love this dress worn with chunky sandals or simple sneakers. Also looks great belted.
