Designed in the 'Pick Me' vintage floral silk blend stripe organza. The prettiest vintage floral organza shirt dress with belted waist and short fluted sleeve featuring cascading ruffles over one shoulder. This dress comes with a slip but can also be worn as a lightweight duster coat as it buttons through the front.
