This feminine and frilly 'Waterfalling In Love' dress, designed in the 'Chiffon-D Of You' viscose silk chiffon, features waterfalls of chiffon frills at the neckline and gathered tiered skirting. A true statement piece that can be worn on its own or open as a lightweight coat.
