However we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages, sending mail and emails, processing payments. If you do not however give us this information, we may not be able to provide goods or services to you. We may use this information to process your transaction, to administrator your account, to conduct credit and other checks, for our own internal purposes (such as risk management, staff training and billing), to help us develop our website and to be more user friendly for our customers.

We may modify the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy from time to time. Please read them and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

REGISTRATION

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Trelise Cooper immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

Trelise Cooper insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Trelise Cooper, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Trelise Cooper are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

1. Select the boutique that you would like to shop with from the left hand menu. For example TRELISE COOPER, COOPER etc.
2. Use the menu links from the drop down menu to help you find what you are looking for. For example NEW IN, DRESSES etc.
3. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and colour if applicable and click on the ADD TO CART button underneath each item.
4. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link in the top right corner of the page. You can use the REMOVE FROM BASKET link to delete items from your shopping bag.
5. Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order.

LITTLE TRELISE

The above is a guide only and the Little Trelise fit for a child depends on the specific garment and the child's build. We recommend reading the model notes on each garment and calling us Monday to Friday on NZ: 0800 873547 or AUS: 1800 873508 if you are unsure which size to order.

NOTE: Some of the items on your order may arrive separately if they are sent using different shipping methods or dispatched at different times.

NEW ZEALAND

We offer Free Shipping on all purchases made in New Zealand. All parcels are sent using Courier Post. Your signature will be required upon delivery. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work. To ensure you are available to collect your purchase when it is delivered, we recommend that you enter your daytime or business address for your shipping address. Delivery takes 3 – 7 working days, depending on where you live. Please remember that during very busy times delivery may take longer and any delays in the courier service are out of our control. If you are concerned about delivery timeframes, or your order is urgent, please let us know.

AUSTRALIA

We offer Free Shipping on all purchases made in Australia. All parcels are sent through DHL, your signature will be required upon delivery. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work. To ensure you are available to collect your purchase when it is delivered, we recommend that you enter your daytime or business address for your shipping address. Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer and any delays in the postal service are out of our control. The delivery time can take extra 3 – 20 working days, depending on where you live. If you are concerned about delivery timeframes, or your order is urgent, please let us know.

Items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

INTERNATIONAL

International other than Australia purchases will incur shipping costs. Please contact us to receive an estimate of shipping costs. All parcels are sent through DHL, your signature will be required upon delivery. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work. To ensure you are available to collect your purchase when it is delivered, we recommend that you enter your daytime or business address for your shipping address. Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer and any delays in the postal service are out of our control. The delivery time can take extra 3 – 20 working days, depending on where you live. If you are concerned about delivery timeframes, or your order is urgent, please let us know.

Important Returns & Exchange Information

• Every piece designed by Trelise Cooper was made to be treasured. If for any reason you're not head over heels with the garment you receive, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. Please package the garment and send it to us within 10 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact, we will issue you a full refund promptly.
• If you wish to return any goods, the return shipping cost is not covered by Trelise Cooper Online. This is at your own cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of sending out the new garment to you.
• 'Sale' is our favourite four-letter word too, so we'll even accept returns for garments you purchased at sale prices.
• The tiniest detail of every garment is lovingly labored over by Trelise and her team, so that you can expect perfection. If something is not in immaculate condition, we would like to hear about it immediately.
• You are welcome to either send your return to us at Trelise Cooper Online, or return it to one of our boutiques. Please make sure that if you do this, you safely deliver it to one of our sales assistants.
• In our opinion the perfect fit can make or break an outfit, so we won't hesitate to exchange your item for another size. If we don't have your size available, we will refund your money in full, or exchange it for another piece from our collection - whichever you prefer.
• We also understand that no two designers have identical sizing, so we have created a comprehensive size guide to help you find your perfect fit. Otherwise please contact orders@trelisecooper.co.nz for expert assistance.

Simple steps to return:

1. Fill in the returns form included in your order so we know exactly what we can help with.
2. Re-package your garment and include proof of purchase, along with the returns form.
3. For international returns, we have a specifically designed sticker for smooth and efficient returns. You must attach this sticker to your package along with a copy of your original invoice and your customs document, to avoid delays.
4. Write your name and postal address on the back of the package.

6. Please choose a trackable shipping method! Unfortunately the unexpected can occur and Trelise Cooper Ltd is unable to accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.
