INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

Trelise Cooper insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Trelise Cooper, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Trelise Cooper are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

How To Shop

  1. Select the boutique that you would like to shop with from the left hand menu. For example TRELISE COOPER, COOPER etc.
  2. Use the menu links from the drop down menu to help you find what you are looking for. For example NEW IN, DRESSES etc.
  3. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and colour if applicable and click on the ADD TO CART button underneath each item.
  4. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link in the top right corner of the page. You can use the REMOVE FROM BASKET link to delete items from your shopping bag.
  5. Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order.

Pre-orders

We are excited to now offer the Pre-Order function on coming season items. This ensures you secure the garment in your chosen size and colour before it hits the retail stores. No more missing out!

Full payment is taken at the checkout to secure your Pre-Order.

When the item arrives from the manufacturer it will be then packed and shipped to you. If you have other items in your order that are not Pre-Order, these will be shipped immediately and your Pre-Order will ship separately.

All Pre-Order items are clearly marked online, and the Availability Section says Available on Back-Order.

Returns & Exchanges

Important Returns & Exchange Information

  • Every piece designed by Trelise Cooper was made to be treasured. If for any reason you're not head over heels with the garment you receive, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. Please package the garment and send it to us within 10 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact, we will issue you a full refund promptly.
  • If you wish to return any goods, the return shipping cost is not covered by Trelise Cooper Online. This is at your own cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of sending out the new garment to you.
  • 'Sale' is our favourite four-letter word too, so we'll even accept returns for garments you purchased at sale prices.
  • The tiniest detail of every garment is lovingly labored over by Trelise and her team, so that you can expect perfection. If something is not in immaculate condition, we would like to hear about it immediately.
  • You are welcome to either send your return to us at Trelise Cooper Online, or return it to one of our boutiques. Please make sure that if you do this, you safely deliver it to one of our sales assistants.
  • In our opinion the perfect fit can make or break an outfit, so we won't hesitate to exchange your item for another size. If we don't have your size available, we will refund your money in full, or exchange it for another piece from our collection - whichever you prefer.
  • We also understand that no two designers have identical sizing, so we have created a comprehensive size guide to help you find your perfect fit. Otherwise please contact tconlineenquiries@trelisecooper.co.nz for expert assistance.

Simple steps to return:

  1. Fill in the returns form included in your order so we know exactly what we can help with.
  2. Re-package your garment and include proof of purchase, along with the returns form.
  3. For international returns, we have a specifically designed sticker for smooth and efficient returns. You must attach this sticker to your package along with a copy of your original invoice and your customs document, to avoid delays.
  4. Write your name and postal address on the back of the package.

  • Every piece designed by Trelise Cooper was made to be treasured. If for any reason you're not head over heels with the garment you receive, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. Please package the garment and send it to us within 10 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact, we will issue you a full refund promptly.
  • If you wish to return any goods, the return shipping cost is not covered by Trelise Cooper Online. This is at your own cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of sending out the new garment to you.
  • 'Sale' is our favourite four-letter word too, so we'll even accept returns for garments you purchased at sale prices.
  • The tiniest detail of every garment is lovingly labored over by Trelise and her team, so that you can expect perfection. If something is not in immaculate condition, we would like to hear about it immediately.
  • You are welcome to either send your return to us at Trelise Cooper Online, or return it to one of our boutiques. Please make sure that if you do this, you safely deliver it to one of our sales assistants.
  • In our opinion the perfect fit can make or break an outfit, so we won't hesitate to exchange your item for another size. If we don't have your size available, we will refund your money in full, or exchange it for another piece from our collection - whichever you prefer.

Simple steps to return:

  1. Fill in the returns form included in your order so we know exactly what we can help with.
  2. Re-package your garment and include proof of purchase, along with the returns form.
  3. For international returns, we have a specifically designed sticker for smooth and efficient returns. You must attach this sticker to your package along with a copy of your original invoice and your customs document, to avoid delays.
  4. Write your name and postal address on the back of the package.

Her remarkable career as a designer and businesswoman has spanned over thirty years and her eponymous brand is known around the world for its elegant womenswear.

Trelise has had a life-long love affair with fashion and has honed a sharp eye for impeccable tailoring, sumptuous fabrics and flattering silhouettes. She has an intuitive understanding of how women want to look and feel, and creates appealing designs that make women’s fashion dreams come true. Whether she is turning her hand to classic power suiting with Trelise Cooper flair or an ethereal party dress with layers of tulle, Trelise knows exactly what she’s doing.

It has been many women’s hopes and dreams, as well as her own, that Trelise has had in mind since she opened her first boutique in 1985. From the beginning, she wanted a welcoming space where women could come and not be judged while enjoying a fabulous shopping experience. That ethos has carried through to today where the Trelise Cooper brand has ten boutiques and over 300 stockists in Australasia.

That’s a pretty magnificent achievement and Trelise has done it all her way, relying on her intuition, a lot of hard work and her belief that she could make women’s lives better with fashion. Trelise recognises that by building the business of her dreams she is in a fortunate position to give back to the community and relishes the opportunity to do so. She is honoured to have been patron of the Breast Cancer Research Trust and Auckland Returned Services Association for War Veterans. Trelise and her team compassionately support several charities each year and she is committed to doing as much as possible to improve the lives of those around her.

Those benevolent humanitarian efforts were recognised by the Crown in 2004 when Trelise became a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit. And in 2014, Trelise was knighted as a Dame Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for her services to fashion and the community.

It’s been quite an extraordinary journey for the young girl from suburban Auckland who grew up to become a household name for her sublime designs.
