Important Returns & Exchange Information

  • Every piece designed by Trelise Cooper was made to be treasured. If for any reason you're not head over heels with the garment you receive, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. Please package the garment and send it to us within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact, we will issue you a full refund promptly.
  • If you wish to return any goods, the return shipping cost is not covered by Trelise Cooper Online. This is at your own cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of sending out the new garment to you.
  • 'Sale' is our favourite four-letter word too, so we'll even accept returns for garments you purchased at sale prices.
  • The tiniest detail of every garment is lovingly labored over by Trelise and her team, so that you can expect perfection. If something is not in immaculate condition, we would like to hear about it immediately.
  • You are welcome to either send your return to us at Trelise Cooper Online, or return it to one of our boutiques. Please make sure that if you do this, you safely deliver it to one of our sales assistants.
  • In our opinion the perfect fit can make or break an outfit, so we won't hesitate to exchange your item for another size. If we don't have your size available, we will refund your money in full, or exchange it for another piece from our collection - whichever you prefer.
  • We also understand that no two designers have identical sizing, so we have created a comprehensive size guide to help you find your perfect fit. Otherwise please contact tconlineenquiries@trelisecooper.co.nz for expert assistance.

Simple steps to return:

1. Fill in the returns form included in your order so we know exactly what we can help with. Download our returns form here.

2. Re-package your garment and include proof of purchase, along with the returns form.

3. For international returns, we have a specifically designed sticker for smooth and efficient returns. You must attach this sticker to your package along with a copy of your original invoice and your customs document, to avoid delays.

4. Write your name and postal address on the back of the package.

6. Please choose a trackable shipping method! Unfortunately the unexpected can occur and Trelise Cooper Ltd is unable to accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.

We will do our best to ensure that all our products are in perfect condition before shipping them to you.

7. All of the above is a top priority, so you can be assured we will process your return as quickly as we can; however do allow up to 10 days for us to process it and the funds to appear in your account. Keep an eye on your inbox - we'll send you an update of how it is coming along.
