The popular 'High Baby' top is back, this time in the cute and colourful 'Ditsy Boo' crinkle polyester. Double layered with a hi-low hem, scoop neck and flounce sleeves. The 'High Baby' top comes with a removable scarf or belt - however you choose to wear it.
